Agreement
By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Microcity (“we”, “us”) operates from Sarit Centre, Ground Floor, Westlands, Nairobi. If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use the service.
Products & pricing
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated. We work to keep product details, stock and prices accurate, but errors can happen — if a price or detail is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you. Product images are for illustration.
Orders & payment
Place an order online and complete it via WhatsApp or choose cash on delivery. An order is confirmed once our team verifies it. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock or pricing issues) and will refund any amount already paid.
Delivery
We deliver across Nairobi, same-day for orders placed before 3pm where possible. Delivery times are estimates. Please provide an accurate address and a reachable phone number. You (or your representative) should inspect items on delivery.
Warranty & returns
Genuine products carry a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise, handled via walk-in or our team. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days. Warranty excludes physical/liquid damage and unauthorised repairs. Keep your receipt/order number.
Microcity Rewards
You earn 1 point per KES 1,000 spent on completed orders. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or expired for misuse. Redemption terms are shown at checkout and may change.
Liability & law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We may update these terms; the version shown here applies to new orders.
