We collect what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, email and delivery address when you create an account or place an order; your order history and rewards points; and basic usage data (pages viewed, device/browser) to keep the site fast and secure. We do not store card or M-Pesa PINs — payment is arranged on delivery or via WhatsApp.
How we use your information
To process and deliver your orders, contact you about your purchase, run the Microcity Rewards programme, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve our products and service. We may send order updates via WhatsApp, SMS or email.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with the people needed to complete your order — for example a delivery rider gets your address and phone. We may disclose information if required by law.
